Services Available:

The initial meeting is complimentary. After general parameters and expectations are determined and if you decide to move forward, a contract is drawn up for your review which defines the project scope and rate. Fees can be on either an hourly or fixed basis, depending on the type and phase of the project. Once the contract is reviewed, approved and signed, the project begins.

I found that Janine's expertise in being able to turn a small spatial area into more useable, separate and functional areas was fantastic. She was able to sit down with me and listen to what I required to make my business a success. I have a daycare and there are varying age groups of children. She was able to come up with a loft for reading and a separate area just for the smaller children where they could feel safe in their own environment, while leaving a larger play area for the other children to use. The area under the loft has turned into a combination fort and secret play area for the kids, which they absolutely enjoy!
